These blanks have just come off the cutting press and after being sorted into sizes, will be sorted again into jobs. The majority will go for bespoke orders, while some will go for stock.
When producing stock batches, we cut approximately a hundred of one size and focus on that size exclusively. This way we ensure we have our most popular sizes in stock all of the time.
