Out with the old, in with the new...

This week I had the pleasure of hosting Nigel Hawkins from @hawkins_falconry . We spent the afternoon talking all things falconry and changing equipment on his birds, one of which is pictured here. This is “The Colonel” a male Bonelli’s Eagle. Nigel flies him on a wide range of quarry in a range of different styles, I’d encourage you to take a look at Nigel’s Instagram page, to see some cracking pictures and videos of The Colonel in action. We kitted him out with new anklets jesses and leash and Nigel is now using one of our 14” deerskin gloves after using one of our standard double thickness gloves for a number of years.
